Shipping
Processing: Our current processing time is 2 weeks. We are a small studio and everything is packaged and shipped by me (the artist), but stay assured that we're doing the best we can to get your orders to you quickly :)
Shipping: We ship internationally. Please note that the following shipping times are estimates and should only be used as a reference. The exact delivery time is not guaranteed. Please allow extra delivery time during peak mail seasons.
- For orders shipped to Canada, the shipping time is up to 10 business days. The default lettermail tracking does not include tracking, but you may purchase additional tracking if needed
- For orders shipped to the United States, the shipping time is 2-8 weeks. Tracking is included.
- For orders shipped to other countries outside of North America, the shipping time is 4-10 weeks. Tracking is included for most destinations.
Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may incur. The store will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs or returned packages due to unpaid custom fees.
